You are correct, as usual. Based on the Examiner's report, this case is leaning to assets being found, and eventually A > L. This will bode very well for the PQs, these prices are a gift. However, they may try to drop them a little more over the next 7.5 weeks until 11/1.

I would like to load up another 1000 shares before that hearing, one mention of A > L by Holchberg and these will fly.
