Without an end user knowing what to do (aka everyone that has no idea what a QR code is), then there is no motiviation for companies to begin campaigns to target them. Without campaigns then there is no revenue.
Therefore, it is exteremely relevant to post anything and everything about QR codes as all the initiatives so far by other companies (direct or indirect) and our competition are exposing the unaware public as to what these fancy things do. Once there is mass exposure, then I think everyone (with the exception of a few sour patch kids) on this board all agree indirect is the best option for companies with deep pockets.
Marketing Principle 101 = if the end-user doesn't understand the product, then nobody is going anywhere.
