Thank you for this post, it addresses the issue and CLEARLY shows the price would have to be ABOVE a penny to convert shares.

It is very clear we have no worries about A/S changes, there seems to be a lot of "what if" type posts, glad some people stick with the facts and DD around here instead of speculation and guesswork, thank you!

Also LARGE buys coming in, thats not dilution, thats accumulation!
