Sorry, Gents, don't want to burst the bubble, but even if Higgins is permitted to testify and it looks as though PTSC will win the inventorship case, this thing IMHO will not go to trial. Intel should buy them out and all I could hope for would be a bidding war between AMD, IBM and Intel.

If it is a certainty that PTSC will win the inventorship case, this thing will settle faster than you can say "variable speed ring oscillator".

If they win this, they could become the next Intel or AMD, I just don't see that happening. IBM, AMD and Intel and the rest of the industry would buy PTSC before PTSC would be able to grow.
