Sent to me late last evening
From the beginning of my association with American Green Group I have always done my best to be truthful in every conversation or correspondence I have had with a shareholder. As such I feel remiss in my waiting so long to let you know (en mass) what has transpired regarding me and my relationship with AMGG (AMNE). Late in July this year I returned all 1 Billion of my shares to the treasury and then on the third of August I resigned my position with Paradigm Polymers and as board member of AMGG. I made no claim of ownership of Paradigm or for payment of salary not paid me by the company. In short I left Paradigm, I left the shares I was paid for my company which represented 10 years of my life,I walked away from what was more than half of the contractually obligated salary I was due, and I left other properties which if properly managed could be worth millions of dollars to Amgg (amne shareholders) in the future.
Therefore I am and have been a private citizen for three plus weeks. As such I will not stand for personal attacks of a libelous nature from anyone who dares charge me with criminal activity. Some of the worst and most offensive claims against me have been made by several regular posters who KNOW them not to be true. Any further public charges against me will be met swiftly, and surely by any means necessary. Those of you whom I have had the distinct pleasure to meet, I believe, know my meaning.
I intend to return to private business having learned a very expensive lesson.
I have in the past several days been brought up associated with another public company. My affiliation with that company, it’s parent, and or it’s holdings are simply as a paid commissioned agent. I have no role in the management of any entity either public or private at the moment and certainly have no shares in any related venture. To my knowledge neither does any other person involved with the management of AMGG.
