Great post.

These are the same questions I had. Baker Tilly is the key. SP even states in the last PR that the company will be 'meeting all the SEC requirements' when the audit is complete. He would not go out of his way to put his company under the microscope of the SEC if this was a 'scam' like c3p0 and MNpowerball are implying.
