This is why it was so important to for CPRKSA to get an Equity (Share) Holders Committee (EHC) approved by the US Trustee. Now that the EHC is approved we will have a watchdog over the proceedings.

CPRKSA will also post updates on the proceedings on our shareholder website. Right now there has been a flurry of documents submitted to the court so we are just trying to keep up with that at the moment.
