I'm sorry to hear that. I've had nothing but good luck with them, but I'll remember what you said when/if I have a sour experience.

Who are you buying from now? I still have quite the collect of IBM Netvistas that have been pretty solid. After HP dumped Carly last week, maybe Compaq will become a source for business computers again. Maybe they will even "de-merge".
