Its mans responsibility to respect and care for the animals on our planet. Our Creator gave us this wondrous gift, and most us are either awe struck by their antics, their beauty, grace, power, or the fragility we see. It may be a Blue Whale, a Peregrine Falcon, Gorilla, Hummingbird, or the face of a baby Orangutan that brings a smile to our faces or makes us laugh. Its hard to imagine our planet without them. Several of these creatures among the many are under pressure from loss of habit, and poaching.
I've watched some of the episodes of Whale wars on Animal Planet, and it was neat to learn that Bob Barker is involved. Because of him they now have a second ship, but its obvious that even this is not enough. What they really need is a fleet. 6 or 7 or more to out number those Japenese vessels. The Japanese factory ship named Research is nothing more than a cover up for what they do. Itd rightful name should be Whale Meat Processing Plant.
Bill Gates, Buffet, and Larry Ellis, Forbes could make a difference, and they wouldn't even feel the pinch. People with money could help to combat this. Where are the billionaires when their needed?........they surely know of this. When if ever will any of them step up to the plate?
Bob Barker is quite a person, and a big heart, who doesn't love the guy?. He also has helped complete a facility to help soldiers who were brain injured in Iraq. I hope he receives many blessing for long and healthy life.
