As I've said, I understand what the deeds say and the parties involved. But, I specificly asked Leo twice if these properties were part of DMGM and he said yes. I asked if they were part of this deal, he said yes.

With that being said, who knows what has been done behind the scenes as far as these lots are concerned. Nothing has been said about the company for almost two years.

All I can say is, we don't know what's going on. As you said, if the deal ever happens it should get cleared up.

I'm not too concerned with Leo's past, what I'm worried about is what's going to happen tomorrow or the next day, or the week after.
