We are indeed a ‘real’ company. We have two subsidiaries, one which is revenue generating and one, a recent acquisition, is going to blow the roof off the smartphone management space when it launches its technology early 2011.
Our aim is to become fully reporting as soon as we can – indeed we did not want to go to limited information status. The reason I have held back thus far is that we have an issue with our previous IR company and we are about to become clear of that. I would expect to be back to fully reporting by the end of the month. That is my hope anyway. We have had to carefully draft an Information statement that covers everything that the previous IR company did so we fully disclose to the markets.
Our aim, as I have previously stated in many press releases, is to acquire Cloud Based Technology companies and we are in discussions with several. They don’t have to be big revenue earners at this stage, but we are building a company here that, with 12 months, will have incredible value and be a very attractive prospect.
