I think that you are wrong. People are selling this stock because of the fact that they lose faith in Andrea management as they seem only interested in enriching themselves. Why do they increase salaries while they fail to create shareholder value ? To give you an example:

sales 2006 : 5.735.000
salary 2006: 351.595

sales 2009 : 4.696.000
salary 2009: 441.195

Salary increased by 25% while sales dropped 18% ! What has Doug done since 2006 that justifies a 25% increase in salary while sales dropped 18% when HE was CEO ? At the end of day HE is responsible for poor performance. I have no problem when CEO's earn lots of money, provided they perform accordingly !

So no, imo no manipulation, just people getting fed up witnessing Doug cashing in while shareholders are left in the cold.

Would like to know what you think about the above mentioned.
