yes definitely, it can always comeback with a PR who knows when, if they do decide to come out with a PR it will run. Sub pennies do this all the time. There is a chance no PR will ever come, look at ARIO. These stocks have come out of nobid b4. It's all a gamble. HESG spiked in jan 09' and the end of 09' so its not the first time HESG has been here b4.
