Another option.....since all the top/mid tier are gone.....

use your extra spot to just LOCK UP another "skill player" <if any still available> for now.....and just take the 'best available' TE (based on weekly projections) that's available.

Then use the FA system (waiver wire) to pick up a better TE as
usually some of the TE (hogs) will drop one or more during BYE weeks.

If really desperate, might try floating a trade (if one or more of your current players has a BLOW OUT week in 1 or 2).

Based on your draft results, looks like you have 2 or 3 "harvestable players".

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.
