I didn't want to say it, but you really have to wonder whether you've hit the nail on the head. While I think the English translation on SNP's website is new (I hadn't seen it before), I have a hunch that the original chinese version of the website (if someone can get to it) dates back to late 2009. I think the date is back to 2009 simply because if you look at the right hand column it has links to 2008 financial reports. Why wouldn't it have links to 2009 reports?

In any case, if we have 336 M barrels of proven as "expected" all manner of spreadsheets puts us well into the 90's with spreadsheet math. That's also not including natural gas, and who knows how much proven natural gas there is?

If someone could find the Chinese website and speaks Chinese, it would be helpful to confirm the English version.
