Based on the discovery of Luke being announced as an employee and later tied to a supposed large contract, I would not lend much credibility in whatever is being given by him. Fact is, we've discovered the company and website were created just before the PR, their phone number was disconnected and they've not issued any other news independent of OWVI. Wait to see anything contained within a PR and then take the steps to validate from that point on. I think we've relied too heavily on info being given in the form of emails, skype, etc to only learn the info does not get released publicly or is fabricated. I'm not suggesting we don't dig deeper to learn what Luke has to say but we need to be very skeptical based on what we've learned thus far.
