The people buying have a good feeling that something is up. The people selling retail at .0018 are clueless and will get burnt on another great play here. MM's could also be clueless and selling fake shares on the ask to try and slow down a possible run today. Either way, there is no dilution as the CEO stated. The company holds all the shares other than the float. They rarely sell and if they do, it's only to cover vendor costs which are minimal.
