In fact that makes it even worse, that those 11 respondents could trade with restrictions, but that PBEC/TSHO are not allowed to be traded. Which means that ASC has "serious questions ... about company’s(PBEC's) assets, operations, or other financial information". Further the dirty 11 could possibly just dump all the stock they hold knowing it is worthless and make whatever money they could driving the stock price down further, or even worse shorters could have a field day.

I would not touch the stock with a 10 foot pole considering all the facts, and recommend others stay away for their own good.
