Well, it is easy to see at least one thing wrong with this quotation, which would require retraction:

"Please note the advertisement published on Friday 3 September 2010 which referred to a hearing to be held on 3 August 2010 at the Tasmanian Supreme Court was published in error."

Specifically, hearing can't be held on 3 August, that was a month ago.

The original ABC News Article spoke to a hearing 'later this month,' which would be September.

I'm sure this will be sorted in the next week, as to whether the error is the hearing date, or the request for a hearing.

Meanwhile, it was good to hear from Mr. Haftel that the first $20M will be in EEGC coffers in the next week or so. From #17641

The first part of the $180,000,000 should be in the companies hands in the next week or so.

That would mean that Sure Asset Management declares due diligence has been successful; the pre-requisite (per recent EEGC PR) $12M has been raised; the required PPM has been prepared; insurance has been obtained; and a note buyer found (I am hoping that there is already an identified note buyer subject to satisfactory due diligence and insurance). These were all 'To Dos' per last week's PRs, so such quick closure would be amazing.
