I think most of us are fed up with disappointment. Missing time lines / deadlines has become all too common place, that now that is the norm. How can one not feel the Sept deadline for Sinopec to commit or not commit to Phase 2 will just not occur on Sept 15? I do not even want to commit on having the drilling results announced on Sept 15th. There is little chance of that. I sure hope both announcements are made, but I just will not count on it. This is Africa, need I say more.

Ps: I put my African watch on eBay and the only bid I received, the bidder wanted me to send him the watch wrapped in a twenty dollar bill. The funny part about it, I accepted the bid!
Pss: Krom, I hope you enjoy the watch, it only caused me aggravation and disappointment.

Will news be released by August 31 as Prazeres indicates that "the operating oil companies must submit by the end of this month the 'most recent report' on the commercial value of existing hydrocarbons". Will Sinopec announce a phase 2 commitment?
