GM didn't go to zero! i owned stocks in GM when it changed to GMQQ and then MTLQQ. the stock did not go to zero and they moved my shares with the new symbol. i actually ended up making money with GM since i kept averaging down and sold on the spikes.
something similar could happen here in my opinion.
