NSPT - If Adidas is buying out any version of Newron. And they make it a new div of Adidas. We will all be rich (all 106 of us holding 1.3 billion shares). It doesn't matter what the break down is or who owns what % of Newron Sports or Newron Design!

Adidas current $26.93

F.Y.I Adidas sold off its inline skate div in 2005 for $628 million becuase they didn't like the quality of brand they had purchase to form this div years earlier. This might explain why they may be looking to brake back into this market with a higher quality skate.
