i keep a very detailed list for years now, of penny stocks.
they are tricky now that they are allowed to keep the same name after they r/s.. it was icoad, then after a few days, they lose the d and are just icoa again.
i KNOW what im talking about. i also know that dilution runs it right back down.
you can see it plain as day, the r/s and then the crash. i see it all the time.
as e ore said, you can also look on the r/s ihub topic. its a great place to see if something r/s and to what, etc.
