It is found in the fact that Newron Sport is full of debt where Newron Design a private company has the assets.

It is found in the fact whenever anything regarding manufacturing or technology is mentioned only the name Newron is used not Newron Sport.

It is found in the fact that the CEO doesn't reply to your
e-mails.

It is found in dumb statements like when the CEO states that Newron Sport is in negtiations to increase it's share in the Patent technology, when the people doing the negotiation are the same people who control both sides.

It is found in the fact that the company address is in Las Vegas and the telephone number is in Canada.

It is found in the fact there product according to NSPT is in many outlets, and on the internet, but only a couple of skates are sold each year.
