W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTWO), a developer of green energy, is
pleased to announce that it has agreed to form a joint venture with R&J
Howell Investments to build, install and commission four waste-to-energy
plants in the next 18 months.

To start, W2 Energy will be developing four waste-to-energy plants with
R&J Howell -- 3 plants with 4 tons per day capacity, and one plant with a
capacity of 40 tons per day. All four of these plants will use municipal
solid waste as feedstock.
