I am sorry ysung, I did not mean to imply that the FDA has adopted MMTC's technology. What I was referring to was from an article I sited in an eariler post from the head of the FDA. This woman stated that her agency would adopt tougher rules and regulation for food-borne contamination if they could only find a faster method of identification for these pathogens. As soon as I seen this quote and article, I passed it on to MMTC management so they could follow up with her. However, I have no knowledge of the FDA's intent to adopt anything.
