If there is a clean break from the parent company and it is making money one it's own, they will be off and running! Leases or money will do the trick on that aspect. On another aspect if the company can start to generate money on it's own...more the better, aside from waiting on leases or payment!!!!

Let's see where this is going........could be much in the future!
