to all a good" NITE "!!!!!! if they are a few shares short of the os 74 billion ??? when they r forced 2 cover do we get anything ?????? if some one sold nss and covers do the shareholders get the money ???? for example ??? say 26 billion shares were nss and fortress says yes we will authorize them at .12 cents per share would the nss seller be forced legally 2 pay ????? how does it work ??? how do they cover if company has none 2 sell it ???? can company name its price or do they get 2 cover at .0035??????????????????????????????????????????
