Can you guys let Mark Calloway RIP please.


None of these successful Directors/CEO's/CFO's etc, etc applied for a job with EEGC,

They have been invited. This is the norm with Penny Juniors to be able to gain some Authenticity in the market place.(In the US)

Heck, Bendall could send an invite to Bush Junior and the Pope if they were paid enough to attend at least one or two board meetings per annum.

If you have a look at these guys resumes, they are involved with at least half a dozen companies at once. They were all involved with at least 1 reputable company in the past and for some unforeseen circumstance are not involved with them any longer. They then use their old positions reputation to be invited on to many boards which gives those companies some Market Credibility for a good pay pack in return. They never do anything, just possibly help the Junior get off the ground with some PR and bill them for a hansom income while it lasts and grab some free Options just in case they take off.

Sounds crap but that's what makes the world go round boys.
