NOT market makers even though they do short pennies >> IT's the OFF shore accounts >> There are some groups out there that scan for shooting pennies sos they can attack. It works very well considering 98% of pennies are scams. I think you know all about this anyway LOL. This is why we as "Americans" can't short the penny market >> It's too freaking easy to rake in the cash !!!
