You are exactly right four. He has came through on everything including dilution which he said would be needed for growth. Peps knew this was a new company and knew dilution was needed for financing acquisitions. This is one pink that hasn't lied about dilution and have actually used the money for what they said they would use it for. I am still amazed PIHN posted a nice profit last quarter and it is still in the trips. When this acquisition is closed the share structure will not even be an issue. I look for a reverse split, a huge buyback, or even a buyout.
