Get real, ea. This is a snake oil pink sheet scam. If they had such a wonderful product they would have simply licensed it to a real company, and kept all the money.

You do understand that Winick and Pearlasia had 100% control of the company, don't you? Why would they sell anything valuable to penny stock morons?
