Well I do not have a duplicate claim IMO, since I filed under the guarantee. I also have not received any notice that my claim was considered to be a duplicate either. I personally don't see how my claim could be considered a duplicate since NYMB didn't file under the guarantee and I did.
If I do receive such notice I would object to it immediately.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
