Nope...you're wrong. Again, the notes to the financials should include all events subsequent to the financial date. This is called a subsequent event, if he plans on filing the financials according to GAAP. So there IS a connection between the financials and this event,if it's true.

That's a fact, and my other accountant/CPA friends out there can back me up on that one.
