In moderating a board a company executive decided to pop on the iHub stock board, make his presence known and extend an invite for questions. Is there a rule or technicality that prohibits this? His signature was replete with info, position, contact info et. al. & his message was removed by "iHub Admin".

Can someone explain to me why this would be the case? Furthermore, what if anything can be done if the CEO or other co rep decides to visit "their" representative board from time-to-time?

Thanks in advance,
Niko
