TLH, I do not know enough about dormant shells. You might want to go to this board and ask fellow iHub'ers there how things will look for FFGO after we receive our dividend and FFGO goes dormant. NSS's will not be able to be covered if the stock is not trading. And where does it state that FFGO stops trading after September 30, 2010? I must have missed that PR or 8-K.
