NBVG has purchased 100% of the assets of Brenlin, a privately held distributorship serving the Southern California market. NBVG will take over control of the operations immediately, Brenlin’s current management will remain in place for the near term, and NBVG and Brenlin have already established plans for expansion of Brenlin’s operations and business model.
