I don't agree I think it is truly awesome that he is part of the company and 100% on board, but I think it has more to do with lifestyle and winding down he's no spring chicken.

The MD's I'm friends with say the administrative part of being a MD, the lack of respect, and the ever growing $$$ driven research is stifling and will only get worse.

Great things to come no doubt about it!!
