Is the split for "outstanding" shares only? I wouldnt think so.
wouldnt make sense. The company needs cash, might as well double whats left in the kitty also.

Now, with this FS being portrayed as a "dividend" via shares.
Are there any tax or future tax concerns for the shareholders?
I wouldnt think so but you never know these days. Many things have changed (bammy care) that arent really "in" the public eye yet. For safety sake maybe leave the word "Dividend" out of the legals eh Benny? (prob. too late)
