CMP Fund size is $14.2 million. In their top ten holdings they own 1.4%, which must mean portfolio percentage, of Aspen Group Resources. 1.4% of $14.2 million is $198,800.00.

CMP’s portfolio holdings include Endeavour in 2000 but not in 2001. If this is correct a rollover or transfer of assets could not have taken place. Therefore the Aspen shares they own were bought between the date of CMP’s inception, July 2002 and the August performance data.

According to ASR’s six month chart the stock price never topped $.30, staying somewhat lower at intervals during the months of July and August and even visited $.15 during the latter. Hence CMP has at least over approximately 600,000 shares if they paid $.30, could be a lot more if they bought during dips. Cudney may have handed his friend, Goodman of CMP a nice bargain at our expense since Aspen looks to be deliberately keeping the share price down.

Most of this math is per my e-mail buddy who is kind enough to help out his right-brained friend. Am
