GFB... Nice to see you did your DD but way too late, as always you are just trying to cause trouble for BEHL..Thanks for correcting your wrong call....
I tried to tell you about permits but you dont want to hear it!
As for the Mayor of DVJ it is used as a figure of speech.. Kinda cool to be a Mayor!! You just want to have a title like he does too! I do know he is the Director of Operations and he negotiated the deal with BEHL and lives there and sees what is going onas well. So I think he has alot to do with the what goes on and is straight up with everybody. Just ask him or go see him I am sure he would give you the tour of the place.
