Tough too speculate..You have to add proceeds of asset sale, debt that was on the books, legal costs of settelement, operating expenses,etc etc. But, based on the sale price of their assets and based on known bank debt many many months ago and it's just a guess, I would not be surprised if they had $10,000,000+ in the bank. I also doubt they sold the farm to settle those suits. Why not call Kevin O'Connor (1-877-775-8734) and see what you can get from him. I've called him more than once for updates which I've posted here. Let us all know what he says.
