Go to otcmarkets - VCTY - company info - see the OS/AS and float numbers - then go to financials and look at the July 19th filing concerning the OS/AS - things will be changing soon to reflect the expected sale of Tactician University and perhaps the cancelation of the video merger (as VCTY is going with the multi-million dollar hydro dam electric company route... which is fine with all of us).
