I didn't say 10%-15% a few times a year is bad, because it gives you plenty of time to accumulate and move a larger position. If you follow the thread the poster was refering to 10%^-15% a week in WNBD, and It too hard to trade with the volume where it is to make much money if your looking on a weekely basis.
