I heard there is going to be some new regulations in the OTC markets, so that there cannot be so much naked short selling and market manipulation. These new regulations are supposed to take effect in March. Does anyone have have any clear information about what this new ruling is called and how it will affect our market with OWVI (or pinks in general). Does this only apply to OTC markets and have no impact on pinks?

I'm trying to understand why people would want to create naked short selling and cause a company to become worthless. Are these just market manipulators?
