If I run into the Unknown Rep in one of the unknown retail stores I will let everyone know. He will be easy to spot, since he will be the one with the paper bag over his head, with the eyes, nose, and mouth cut outs.
Mike's re-post does mention something interesting. Identa has set milestones with the new representative. This is something I provide my own customers to assure that progress is being made and target dates are adhered to. It would be nice if Identa could share such milestones with the shareholders. We joke around, but its no secret that these fuzzy nebulas objectives do not tell us shareholders a whole lot.
