I'm sure the scumbag lawyers from Alpha Capital and the company understand more about the law then most of us in here. I'm sure they already knew this ridiculous lawsuit will get thrown out, but the important question is "WHY did they proceed with the suit anyway?" What's playing behind the scene? I cannot help but placing a few hyperthetical scenarios in mind:
1. All the findings from these mines were a big hoax and lawsuit is a way to get out of this hoax clean with a lot of investors' money end up in their pockets. I mean it might sound ridiculous but who knew or even imagine what Maddox did to his investors before everything said and done?
2. All findings from these mines and the JV are true - God, I hope so - and these scumbags saw the potential so they decided to stall the PPS from appreciating so they can jump in. Like Mr. B. said the goal of their lawsuit does not make any sense. So, why then they did it?
I hope the first scenerio is not the case. If the second scenerio is the case then I wouldn't even sweat or loose sleep over it. I just wish I had more money to buy in. I don't know much about lawsuit or law, so if anyone care to explain this case in plain English would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
