Heres the summary of the lawsuit. If LBSR never issued shares for compensation the plantiffs would never be able to file a lawsuit PERIOD! After realizing what they had done they cancelled those shares never took action on those shares so NO HARM DONE! End of story. What judge will uphold a frivilous lawsuit such as this. Case closed!
