I may be misunderstanding what he is saying there, but from what I gather is this.... He is refering to the point in time where verifiable growth is capable of sustaining a higher price per share based on the fundamentals of the company, and not just an awareness campaign to pump up a deflating share price. Although I may be wrong, but I guess it's open for debate.
