Can you please link me to EVIDENCE of 20 M shares shorted. I missed this. That said,...also plz link me to eVidence that they have covered at .08-.09 today,..I missed this ALSO.

So for us amateurs...here is what is sounds like from my newbie point of view.

FACTS:
1. Some group shorted 20M shares in the $.18-.19 range.
2. Either right before or right after this, the lawsuit news hit causing a frenzy.
3. They shorts have covered all 20M at .08 and .09.
4. Share structure and float have stayed the same, JV still likely in effect, same amount of precious metal potential as before.
5. There is still an outstanding lawsuit....whether or not the plantiffs will win, we don't know yet.
